Health Warning – DO NOT INHALE
The gas inside our cream chargers and canisters is nitrous oxide (N₂O). Inhalation of nitrous oxide carries a risk of serious health consequences. The risks of such misuse include:
- Narcosis
- Asphyxiation
- Oxygen deprivation (hypoxia)
- Loss of consciousness
- Serious and irreversible brain damage
- Potentially, death
Nitrous oxide can be abused in the same way as glue or solvents. We strictly prohibit the misuse of our products and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we suspect intends to misuse them.
It is an offence to sell cream whipping chargers for the purpose of inhalation. |

Intended Use
ApexGas products are designed and intended for culinary and food preparation use only. Use strictly in accordance with instructions and applicable safety guidelines.
We have a policy of not selling goods to any person whom we believe may be under 18 years of age or whom we believe may misuse the goods.
Misuse Prevention Policy
The cream chargers contain a gas called nitrous oxide that can be abused in the same way that glue or solvents are. In order to combat this, we require that any customer purchasing more than a certain volume of our products confirm they are aware of the issues and will make every effort to prevent our products from being misused.
If we suspect that you intend to misuse our products, we will refuse to sell any equipment to you. We will refuse to do business with you in the future and your account (name, addresses, etc.) will be barred.

Parental/Guardian Reporting
If you are a parent, guardian, teacher, etc. and suspect that a child in your care is misusing our products, please contact us immediately. We can arrange for a collection and refund of any items purchased – FREE OF CHARGE.
Product Safety – Before Use
Before using our whipped cream making equipment, you must first read the manufacturer's instructions. This will show you how to safely charge your cream using the cream whipping chargers.

Maximum Charger Capacity
No more than 1 charger should be released in a 1/4L or 1/2L whipper, and no more than 2 chargers for a 1 Litre whipper.
Whipper Size Maximum Chargers
1/4L or 1/2L 1 x 8g charger
1L 2 x 8g chargers
An explosion could occur from excessive pressure if you use more than stated. Do not exceed these limits.

Hazardous Contents–Pressurized Gas
These chargers contain liquid nitrous oxide under great pressure.
Any attempt to pierce the sealing cap of these chargers without the correct equipment could result in EXPLOSION, INJURY and SERIOUS FREEZE BURNS.
Do not incinerate or expose chargers to the sun or heat.
Temperature must not exceed 50°C (122°F).
Do not dispose of full chargers – they may cause injury to others.
Keep out of reach of children.
Not for air transport! Pressurised gas cartridges must not go on a plane at all. No excuses – you may be prosecuted.

Frost Burn / Freeze Burn Warning
If you are burnt by freezing N₂O, you must immediately seek medical advice. An N₂O burn can cause deep tissue damage which is not immediately obvious at the time of injury.
Direct exposure to released gas may cause freezing burns or skin injury.
To reduce risk:
- Avoid direct skin contact with released gas
- Never touch the gas release area during operation
- Wear protective gloves if necessary
- Keep eyes and face away from the nozzle
- Use only compatible pressure regulators and whipped cream dispensers

Recycling & Disposal
ApexGas cartridges are made from 100% recyclable steel and may be disposed of with appropriate recycling where available.
Non-refillable — do not refill
Do not dispose of unused or partially filled cartridges
Always dispose of empty chargers responsibly in accordance with local regulations

Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order when we reasonably believe that the purchaser or recipient is under 18, is purchasing on behalf of a minor, or is attempting to avoid our age-verification procedures.
We require confirmation of your age when you create an account with us.

Regulatory Notice
This product is supplied for lawful, legitimate purposes and must be used and handled in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws in your jurisdiction.

Emergency Contact
In case of inhalation: immediately move the person to fresh air and seek medical attention.
In case of freeze burns: flush affected area with lukewarm water and seek medical attention.
